How Magento AI Support Lite works

1. 1. Install widget

   Add one script tag. The widget bootstraps a signed short-lived client token from your allowed domain.

2. 2. Start secure chat session

   Requests are signed with timestamp + nonce. Domain allowlist and rate limits are enforced before processing.

3. 3. Route context

   Product intent uses Magento catalog proxy. Other intent uses FAQ FULLTEXT snippets from crawl documents.

4. 4. Compose AI response

   Safe prompt rules prevent claims about private data. If uncertain, assistant asks clarifying questions or recommends escalation.

5. 5. Escalate when needed

   Escalation sends notification to merchant email and Telegram chat with request/session context.
